General Touch newly upgrading production line of touch monitors, equipped with cutting-edge automatic production machines, mainly produces flat and curved touch monitors, touch computers, and optical bonding products. The annual production capacity increases four times than before.
1.Fully Anti-Static System- Reduce Damage to Electronic Components
The newly designed anti-static system combines ESD Access Control System (integrated human static test access channel gate) and Anti-Static Floors, which inhibits electrostatic discharge from human bodies and objects before entering and in the workshop. It creates a static-free working environment and reduces damage to electronic components.
2.The Assembly Line- More Flexible and Efficient
The new assembly line has changed one line into four lines (A, B, C, D), which are more flexible and efficient. By producing more than four different models or sizes (7~55″) in the meantime, the assembly line meets customer’s various and unique requirements and ensures high-quality products for customers. In order to enhance quality, every working position of assembly line is equipped with the Electronic SOP Display and the workers will learn and check standard operation procedures from the display more clearly and quickly with fewer errors.
3.The Intelligent Aging Room- The Efficiency Increases Four Times Than Before.
The Aging Room has dramatically changed, equipped with independent power distribution and intelligent monitoring system with accurate temperature control, which can age 20 groups of products in the meantime continued 24 hours effectively. The efficiency increases four times than before. It meets the various aging period requirements and ensures more reliable and high-quality products for customers.
4.The Automated Transport System- A More Safe and Efficient Solution to Convey Finished Products
The Automated transport system is a more safe and efficient solution to convey finished products from the assembly workshop to the packing workshop, avoiding the cartons, foam, much dust entering the assembly workshop.
5.Class 100 & 10000 Cleanroom-Where High-end Optical Bonding Series Produced
The cleanroom has extremely high environmental requirements such as temperature, humidity, and pressure and removes particles from the air by HEPA filtration. Personnel and materials must pass through the air showers, and personnel must wear special suits during working. The GT’s high-end optical bonding products are bonded and assembled in class 100 cleanroom (100 particles per cubic foot), where a high level of cleanliness is required. Touch panels, LCD panels, and curved display modules are in specific class cleanroom. The cleanroom improves efficiency, enriches the product line, and ensures high-tech and high-quality products for customers.
